How to play

Checkmate the opponent's king.

• Tap a piece, then tap a highlighted square to move it.
• Each piece moves its own way; capture by landing on an enemy.
• Trap the enemy king in check with no escape to win.
• Castling, en passant and promotion to queen are supported.

Tips

• Grab the center with pawns and knights early.
• Develop your pieces before you attack.
• Castle early to tuck your king into safety.
